Clinic transitional opening times for Suffolk Sexual Health Service

As part of its commitment to providing accessible and comprehensive sexual health services, Suffolk Sexual Health Service (SSHS) has announced transitional opening times for its clinics across the region. These changes will take effect starting May 1, 2024, ensuring that all community members have ample opportunity to access the services they need at convenient times.

Regent Road Clinic, Lowestoft

1st May – Clinic closed, online service open

2nd May – Open in the afternoon for emergency and urgent appointments, online service open, telephones open all day

3rd May – Clinic closed, online service open, telephones open all day

4th May – Morning appointments for emergency and urgent queries, closed in the afternoon, online service open, telephones open until 1:30pm

6th May – Bank Holiday, clinic closed

Haverhill Clinic

2nd May – Clinic closed, telephones open all day, online service open all day

6th May – Bank Holiday, clinic closed

9th May – Open in the afternoon, full service available, online service available.

Abbey View Clinic, Bury St Edmunds

1st May – Clinic closed, online service open

2nd May – Open in the afternoon for emergency and urgent appointments, online service open, telephones open all day

3rd May – Morning appointments for emergency and urgent queries, closed in the afternoon, online service open, telephones open until noon

6th May – Bank Holiday, clinic closed

Orwell Clinic, Ipswich

1st May – Clinic closed, online service open

2nd May – Open in the afternoon for emergency and urgent appointments, online service open, telephones open all day

3rd May – Morning appointments for emergency and urgent queries, closed in the afternoon, online service open, telephones open until noon

6th May – Bank Holiday, clinic closed
