We’re committed to providing the best possible services to our community, and we need your input! We think that it is important to understand how people would like to access sexual health services to better accommodate the needs of our clients.

We have created 2 short surveys, one for professionals and one for service users, to gather feedback on our future opening hours and pop-up clinic locations across Suffolk- they should take you no longer that 5 minutes to complete.

Here’s how you can help:

1. Complete professionals survey- Please share your thoughts on clinic hours by filling out the survey yourself. Your insights are invaluable in helping us tailor our services to it professional’s schedules and community needs.
2. Share with your clients- We also encourage you to pass this survey along to your clients. Their feedback on clinic times will help us create a schedule that works for everyone.
